Deliverables you receive:

AutoCAD layout DWG (industry standard, no proprietary lock-in)
Lumion MP4 walkthrough video (60–90 seconds)
High-resolution still renders (4K, theme-coloured)
Module schedule with module IDs and theme finishes

Investor input required:

Up to 3 free revision rounds covering layout adjustments, theme palette tweaks, or feature swaps. Additional revisions priced transparently in the contract.

Phase 3 — Engineering

Duration: 2 weeksRevisions: 1 free

Deliverables you receive:

SolidWorks structural drawings with material schedule
EN 1176 load calculation report (load-bearing capacity, fall-height surfacing, entrapment geometry)
Bill of materials (BOM) with steel gauge, foam density, fabric flame rating
Anchor layout drawings for site preparation

Investor input required:

Permit reviewer feedback (if any) and final approval to proceed to factory production.

Phase 4 — Production

Weekly production progress photos and short videos
FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) report covering ASTM F1487 / EN 1176 load tests
Pre-shipment inspection video

Site preparation begins now: floor levelling, electrical for LED features, drainage if water elements included.

Phase 5 — Install & Train

Overseas installer crew arrival within 14 days of dock-load
On-site assembly and final safety check
Operator training session for staff (cleaning, daily inspection, common repairs)
Operator manual in English plus 5-year warranty registration
Soft launch support: first-week opening guidance

Site access, lifting equipment scheduling, staff availability for training session.
