Do you ship internationally? Which countries do you serve?

Yes — we have completed projects across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and the Americas. We handle ocean freight, customs documentation, and door-to-door logistics from our Guangzhou facility. If you can share the destination port and city, we can include shipping in your initial quote.
We don’t enforce a hard minimum — we have served everything from boutique 80 m² installs to flagship 5,000 m² destinations. That said, projects under 200 m² are typically more cost-efficient when bundled with another order or chosen from our catalogue series; we’ll advise honestly during the brief.
Lead times vary by scope. A small standard playground can ship in 30–45 days from final design sign-off. A mid-size custom build is typically 60–90 days production, plus shipping and on-site installation (usually 1–3 weeks). Large flagship projects run 4–6 months end-to-end. We’ll commit to specific dates in writing once the design is locked.
Absolutely. Custom theming — colours, characters, layout, integrated retail, party rooms, themed entrances — is a core part of what we offer. Our design team produces 3D renderings before any production begins, so you sign off on the look and feel up front.
All our products are built to ASTM, TÜV, CE, and ISO international standards. Materials are sourced from environmentally certified suppliers. We provide test certificates and compliance documentation as part of every shipment, and we can advise on additional local certifications required in your market.
Our own installation team travels to your site to assemble the equipment and train your staff on operations, safety checks, and cleaning. After opening, we remain your point of contact for spare parts, technical questions, and refresh planning — most operators return to us for their second and third locations.
